DANBURY, CONN. <\/strong>\u2014 The Western Connecticut State University<\/a> Master of the Fine Arts program will hold its spring 2013 art slide lecture series during which a diverse array of established artists will share their expertise with the university\u2019s graduate artists as the students prepare to launch their own artistic enterprises. The free lectures will commence in January and continue into April. The public is invited.<\/p>\n

All lectures will be at 11 a.m. in Viewing Room 1 of White Hall on the university\u2019s Midtown campus, 181 White St. in Danbury. Western\u2019s M.F.A. in Art<\/a> Professor Margaret Grimes will be featured in the series for a faculty lecture during which she will discuss her retrospective exhibition to be displayed in the Higgins Gallery on the Midtown campus from Thursday, Feb. 14, through Thursday, March 14, 2013.<\/p>\n
