DANBURY, CONN. <\/strong>\u2014 The Western Connecticut State University<\/a> Department of Theatre Arts<\/a> will present a 10-Minute Play Festival in December that will feature readings of works written and directed by students.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The festival will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 10 and 11,<\/strong> and at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 12,<\/strong> 2014, <\/strong>in the Studio Theatre of the Visual and Performing Arts Center<\/a> on the university\u2019s Westside campus, 43 Lake Ave. Extension in Danbury.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cLucky Thirteen,\u201d as the title indicates, is 13 plays that cover a multitude of themes: comedy, lust, intrigue, love, murder, ghosts, suicide and more.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This is the first time the annual play festival will be held in the new performing arts building.<\/p>\n
