19 Deans–All information pertaining to Award Certificates to be presented—including title of certificate, date of issue, name of recipient(s) as they wish it to appear and signatories–must be forwarded by email only to Requestprintshop@wcsu.edu. Please cc: murphyj@wcsu.edu prior to this date. Deans who may want to have digital signatures added to the certificates should scan and send a copy of their signature to University Publications & Design to myhille@wcsu.edu to be kept on file. While hand-signing is always preferred, IN NO INSTANCES SHOULD SIGNATURE STAMPS EVER BE CONSIDERED AN ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE
