Property Management Equipment Inventory
The Property Management and Inventory Control Department maintains WCSU centralized equipment inventory and reporting system, which complies with the CSU system and State of Connecticut requirements. Inventory data is available to chairs, department heads, and student groups to help them maintain local inventories for which they are responsible. It is the goal of the Property Management department to assist you by providing pertinent information to help you meet your strategic planning goals.
If a department makes the determination that an item is considered to be unserviceable, the department will provide the Property Management department with a detailed list of the inventory items to surplus, and will request disposal. The Property Management Department will be responsible for inspecting the item and making the determination of the method of disposition that will be in the best interest of the University.
