The Registrar's Office will evaluate your application to ensure that degree requirements have been met, usually within three weeks (please allow more time during peak periods). Once you receive your evaluation, either by email or regular mail, should you have any questions you can respond to the auditor who signed your evaluation - contact information is on the bottom right corner of your evaluation sheet.
You are responsible for informing the Registrar's Office in writing about any changes made after you receive your evaluation (such as transfer credits, approved substitutions, dropped classes, etc.). If taking classes at another institution, official transcripts must be sent to our office.
Your diploma will be mailed to you approximately one month after graduation contingent upon meeting all requirements. In addition, all fees owed the university must be paid in full before you will receive a diploma.
Graduation Honors: To be eligible for graduation honors you must earn a minimum of 30 credits at WCSU and have a minimum GPA of 3.5 in your final semester. No pass/fail or transfer credits are included in this evaluation.
