R.N., M.A. HPX Internship Coordinator."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Denise Colaianni began her career as a public health nurse with Visiting Nurse Service of New York.  While at VNSNY Denise served as a nursing supervisor and then Assistant Director of Education.  She then moved to Connecticut to fill the position of Clinical Director and Administrator of Visiting Nurse Service of Ridgefield.                                       <\/p>\n<p>She began her teaching career at Fairfield University as a Nursing Faculty member before moving to WCSU to teach in the Health Promotion and Exercise Sciences Department in 2001.<\/p>\n<p>  In the ensuing years she has taught many of the core courses in the department as well as helped develop and expand the internship program.
