Mark Focarile has been a professional musician and educator for over twenty years. As an accomplished pianist and keyboardist, Mark has performed a wide range of genres including classical, jazz, rock, and musical theater. His group, Mile Marker Zero has performed all over the east coast of the United States, and has been featured in publications and compilations in North America, Europe and Australia. Their music has also been featured in video games, and broadcast on SiriusXM Radio.

Mark recently started his own music company, Innate Music, where he teaches private piano lessons, and provides vocal coaching and tutoring to students of all ages. Under Innate Music, Mark also lectures on various topics and writes musical transcriptions. As a performer, Mark frequently plays in musical theater pits, performs as a solo pianist, and accompanies musicians at Western Connecticut State University and Naugatuck Valley Community College.

Mark has been the Music Director and Organist for North Congregational Church in Woodbury, CT since 2003. He holds a B.S. in Music Education from Western Connecticut State University where he studied piano with Dr. Russell Hirshfield and Peter Tomlinson.
