She went on to perform worldwide with the Feld Ballet, Donald Byrd\/The Group, and Twyla Tharp Dance.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">She appeared as a soloist in the National Tours of\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Singin\u2019 in\u00a0the\u00a0Rain<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">, <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">The Harlem Nutcracker<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">,\u00a0and the Lincoln Center production of\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Carousel<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">. In\u00a01999, she\u00a0segued to Broadway and received tremendous praise as a lead in\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Fosse\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">(Outer Critics Circle and Drama\u00a0Desk\u00a0nominations for Best Featured Actress in a Musical) and later in the hit Twyla Tharp\/Billy Joel musical,\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Movin\u2019 Out<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">,\u00a0where she earned the 2003 Tony-award nomination and the highly coveted Astaire Award for best female dancer on Broadway. She has appeared in the films\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Stay<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">, <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Romance and Cigarettes,\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">and\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Every Little Step<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">After a performance career on Broadway, Elizabeth appeared as a concert soloist at Carnegie Hall with Clint Holmes and at the American Dance Festival with Martha Clarke.
