Copy & Production Center
Non-classwork copying quantity limitations: All students, faculty and staff are requested to please adhere to a limit of just 50 color copies to advertise a specific event, lecture, course marketing or student club meeting. Up to an additional 50 copies may be printed in black and white on your choice of color paper (based on availability), including white. Please indicate in the Special Instructions box on the duplication request form. Thank you.
Basic Copying & Printing
Our Copy & Production Center offers high speed black & white and color copiers, plus production equipment ranging from paper folders & cutters to foamcoare mounting equipment and more.
If you have syllabi, exams, or handouts in finished, reproducible form (i.e. clear black type and clean artwork) and simply need additional copies, complete a Printing Requisition (pink for the Midtown campus, yellow for Westside) in our office, attach to the originals, and leave in the duplication basket. You may also make your copy request using our online form, or by downloading a PDF copy.
If you would prefer, you may also download a copy request form and send via interoffice mail, along with materials to be duplicated, to our office, Old Main 202. To conserve resources, please note that all jobs are printed double-sided unless otherwise indicated on the request form.
Requested t urnaround time for printing is three business days. Westside jobs are delivered via campus mail services (please allow time for mailing job); all other work must be picked up in our office, Old Main 202.
Oversized Posters and Prints
Often, our faculty and students need to have their poster presentations printed for display at conferences, lectures, etc. We are pleased to be able to provide printing services for these requests free of charge. Please e-mail us directly to discuss your specific situation or need.
Please call (203) 837-8293 or e-mail the director, Jason Davis, at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on in-house printing options and capabilities.
