written by Michael Frayn
directed by Pam McDaniel

Michael Frayn’s NOISES OFF takes a fond look at the follies of theatre folk, whose susceptibility to out-of-control egos, memory loss, and passionate affairs turn every performance into a high-risk adventure. This play-within-a-play captures a touring theatre troupe’s production of Nothing On in three stages: dress rehearsal, the opening performance, and a performance towards the end of a debilitating run. Brimming with slapstick comedy, NOISES OFF is a delightful backstage farce, complete with slamming doors, falling trousers, and — of course — flying sardines! NOISES OFF runs in our Mainstage Theatre from December 3rd through 5th!

Please note that audience members must be masked at all times inside the Visual and Performing Arts Center without exception. In addition, we are enforcing 3 ft. social distancing, and as such, seating inside our theatre is limited to every other seat. Because of the reduced capacity of our theatre, we are asking all patrons to purchase their ticket in advance on Eventbrite. Shows are likely to sell out, so do not wait to purchase at the box office before the show. There is no pod seating or reserved seating, it is general admission. Every-other seat inside the theatre will be designated for no seating. There will be no exceptions made to socially distanced seating.
