MFA Scholarships & Graduate Assistantships
First Residency Scholarship
We are pleased to announce the formation of the MFA Program's First Residency Scholarship. This $1000 award is presented annually to an incoming student to cover the cost of the first residency. No additional application beyond the MFA Program application is required. For scholarship eligibility, the application to the program and subsequent materials must be received by March 1st. Student's applying for admission to the Spring semester of the following year should also submit materials before this deadline.
Graduate Assistant Positions
A number of graduate assistant positions across multiple university departments are available each semester through the Graduate Studies office. The graduate assistant application, found at http://www.wcsu.edu/graduate/forms/GA-Application.pdf, should be submitted along with an updated resume, a letter of interest, and one letter of recommendation.
