Yes, we accept appointments on a walk-in basis. Arriving at the half past the hour (such as 11:30) is recommended. Can I schedule in advance?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

What if I just have a quick question?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If you have a very quick writing question, we are happy to work with you. Be aware that sometimes a quick question can evolve into a full session, and we try to avoid rushing the writing\/learning process.<\/p>\n

Can I choose my tutor? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

You can choose from a variety of tutors who are working on any given day. You can choose to work with a tutor who you have worked well with before or who is familiar with your project. You can choose a new tutor if you want a new set of eyes on your paper. Feel free to choose what works best for you.<\/p>\n

What happens if I\u2019m late or miss my appointment?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

If you are late to your appointment:<\/strong>\u00a0We will mark it missed<\/em> at a quarter after the hour. After a certain amount of missed<\/em> appointments, we encourage you to come talk to us, so we can talk about how to work with your schedule.<\/p>\n

If you know beforehand that you will be a little late:<\/strong>\u00a0It\u2019s a good idea to write that in the comments to your tutor when you’re scheduling your appointment, so that you don\u2019t run the risk of losing your appointment.<\/p>\n

If you know that you can\u2019t make your appointment: <\/strong>You can cancel by logging in and clicking on your appointment.<\/p>\n
