We work with writing at all stages of the writing process\u2014from outlines to final drafts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>However, here \u00a0are a few things that might be helpful to bring to a session:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The instructor&#8217;s writing assignment or writing prompt<\/li>\n<li>Any writing in progress (printed copy, flash drive, or laptop)<\/li>\n<li>Questions and ideas<\/li>\n<li>A syllabus, notes, previous drafts, and research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>My paper is due immediately after my session. Is that acceptable?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>At the Writing Center, we want to give you time to make revisions and turn in your best possible work. We ask that you reserve <strong>at least one full hour<\/strong>\u00a0following your appointment to work on your paper before it\u2019s due.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Can I email you my assignment?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Your paper should not be emailed to the Writing Center beforehand; we will not work on it without you!
