Interested in how your colleagues handle lecture styles, presentations, discussions, homework, group work, activities?

We can learn so much from each other!

The Observation Deck Program allows us to observe each others’ classes for ideas and techniques to incorporate into our individual teaching styles.

There are two ways to participate.

Be an observer. Contact us and we can arrange for you to visit other classrooms to gain insight into teaching. There is no obligation. Visit as many or few classes as you like. There is no report to write.

Be observed. Let observers visit your classes. You select which classes allow visitors. Contact us if you are interested in helping out other faculty. Don’t worry, there is no evaluating. These observations are for the benefit of the observer, not the observed.
