After learning some elementary construction techniques, students will learn and apply planar construction methods in Fusion 360 to create 3D designs from 2D drawings. Further students will describe the shapes created for artistic elements. The last phase of the course will be to learn how to take a CAD design and prepare it for the 3D printer. Students will need to register for a free student account with AutoCAD and download the appropriate version of Fusion 360.
