The purpose of this course is to examine some of the methodologies various academic disciplines use to understand topics. The course examines different topics, such as crime, mental illness, and sexuality, throughout the semester by applying various disciplinary techniques and perspectives. The course is also designed to expose students to some of the key informational resources available on both campuses (Prerequisite: Admission into the University Honors Program or Permission of instructor, every fall semester).
