Shuttle Bus Information
For your convenience, the university provides free transportation between the Midtown and Westside campuses. In order to utilize the Colonial Shuttle Bus you must present your university identification card to the shuttle driver. The Colonial Shuttle Bus is provided for the sole purpose of transportation between the campuses. Please allow 3-4 minutes difference in the schedule for unforeseen changes due to the road conditions.
The bus will only stop at the nine (9) authorized locations: Fifth Avenue, Midtown Student Center, Berkshire Hall at the Gym, Brookview Commons, Pinney Hall, Grasso Hall, O'Neill Center, University Blvd. in front of Centennial Hall, Westside Campus Center. There will be no unauthorized stops, however, upon request the bus will stop at the Hart Bus Pulse Point Stop (Kennedy Ave.) and at the Danbury Train Station. Public transportation is available through the Hart bus and Danbury Train station. Other transportation options include the Danbury trolley car and taxi services.
In the event that classes are cancelled the shuttle bus will continue to run for one (1) hour after the cancellation time. This will allow students time to return to the residence halls. If classes are delayed the bus will begin to run one (1) hour prior to the start of classes. The first run will leave from the Westside campus.

Shuttle buses depart simultaneously from the Westside and Midtown campuses every 15 minutes, beginning at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 11:15a.m and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The shuttle will run on the regular schedule.
Summer Sessions
One shuttle will run Monday-Friday, departing Westside on the half hour and Midtown on the hour, beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. There is no shuttle service on the weekend and no shuttle service scheduled for Summer Session IV. Taxi Voucher Service

Intersession (Dec. 29-Jan. 23)
One shuttle will run Monday-Friday, departing Westside on the half-hour and Midtown on the hour, beginning at 7:30 a.m. and ending at 10:30 p.m. There is no shuttle service on the weekend during intersession and no shuttle service on Dec. 31st.
The shuttle bus will not operate on the following dates:
