Andrew Hudson

Andrew’s interest in weather culminates from his love of the outdoors, a trait that goes back to the earliest days of his childhood. On many a warm summer afternoon, Andrew would sit on his porch and watch thunderstorms roll in over the open fields and forest. This fascination with weather has taken him all over the eastern United States and Canada, and has thoroughly penetrated into his academic portfolio. Andrew expects to graduate in May of 2016 with a bachelor of science in meteorology.  Working with the WestConn Weather Team has given him an opportunity to combine this thrill of the skies with a career in computer support, helping to deliver some of the most accurate forecasts for western Connecticut. Following his graduation, Andrew plans to seek employment in the field of broadcast meteorology.
