Camps on Campus


Friday, July 24th through Friday, July 31st   the iD Tech Camp will be using the Student Center.

Thursday, July 23rd through Sunday, July 26th Varsity Spirit Cheerleading will be using the O’Neill Center and the Campus Center.

Wednesday, July 22nd through Saturday, July 25th Christian Mission will be using the Campus Center and the Ancell Building.

Sunday, July 26th through Thursday, July 30th No. 1 Soccer Camp will be using the Westside Fields, Sports StadiumCampus Center, and the Ancell Building.

Friday, July 31st through August 2nd Varsity Spirit Cheerleading will be using the O’Neill Center and the Campus Center.


Current Facilities Projects which may impact University operations



All Buildings
Smoke detector, fire alarm and fire extinguisher testing and maintenance.
Tuesday, July 2nd through Friday, July 31st
Licensed inspectors will be conducting annual inspections and testing of smoke detectors, fire alarms and fire extinguishers in all University buildings. Uniformed inspectors from Simplex and Fire Equipment Testing will need to enter all spaces on campus on these days.

Berkshire Hall Corridor 1st Floor
Monday, August 3rd through Friday, August 14th
Installation of new flooring will be followed by floor waxing. Anticipate noise and dust from the installation of the new flooring. While service interruptions are not expected, there may be times during the day where access to adjoining spaces may be restricted.

Wednesday, May 27th through Friday, July 24th
Construction continues on the new Math Lab. Anticipate noise and dust from the installation of new flooring.

Irfan Kathwari Honors House
Saturday, June 6th through Friday, August 7th
First floor demolition is complete. Construction continues.  Anticipate noise and dust from the installation of new drywall and framing. Electrical work and light construction may disrupt class activities in the adjoining assembly areas.

Newbury Hall

Monday, July 13th through Friday, August 7th
Installation of new lighting will begin in the office area Monday, July 27th. The remainder of the 2nd floor and 3rd floor lighting will be installed August 1st through August 7th. While service interruptions are not expected, there may be times during the day where noise and disruptions may take place. Lighting retrofits will only take place in common areas and corridors.

Student Center Main Dining Room
Monday, July 20th through Monday, August 24th
Construction will start on the renovation of the main student dining facility. Demolition, construction and restorative work will take place over the next five weeks. Work may take place over weekends and overnight on an as needed basis.

Wednesday, July 22nd through Friday, August 14th
Window repairs will be made by Dimeo Construction and Massey Glass to:

·         314, 316, 315, 329, 328, 321 and 320

·         104, 104A, 118, 115, 108, 108 (upper), 113 and 113 (upper)
·         Corridors 300D, 300E, 200B, 100F and 100B (upper)
