State of Connecticut Contract
As an alternative, departments can use a current State of Connecticut contract with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Therefore, we encourage you to plan your yearly expected vehicle needs, and to submit a request for funding in your FY25 budget planning.

The top portion of the attached rate chart excludes the $7.00 surcharge as we are classified under Greenwich and Stamford. For example, the initial rate is listed as $36.38, so add $7.00 to that rate for a total of $43.38.
To rent a vehicle you need the following:
- Call the number (2-3 days’ notice is ideal)
- Use Account Number 24S7803
- Bring P-Card to pay
- Bring University ID

Who we are: We provide transportation for University employees to get to and from their destinations quickly and safely.
What we do: Ensure all University fleet vehicles are maintained per manufacturer and University safety regulations; make all vehicle repairs safely and efficiently; and provide University customers with the best parts and service possible. In addition, Fleet Vehicle Operations retains all vehicle maintenance and inventory control records.
