Program Sheet Revision Procedures
Program changes that occur throughout the year are to be forwarded by departments to the deans at the time of catalog revisions. The deans will then forward these changes to the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs who will initiate all University-wide changes, i.e., changes in literal prefix, common core revision, etc. New program sheets will be prepared once a year in June or July. Program sheets should reflect all CUCAS or Graduate Council approved actions that occurred in the past Spring and Fall. Program Sheets must be consistent with the University Catalogs. A revised program sheet is returned to the appropriate dean who in turn duplicates and distributes it to the appropriate department and offices.
