April 13, 2020 we heard from Stacey Lee Peterson Tastad ’87:
Much gratitude for your Thank You to the Nursing Graduates from WCSU. I graduated from there in 1987 and am continuing to have a most gratifying career despite these trying times. As a new-grad I lived in New Milford and as a result of SR Practicum worked in the ICU/CCU at New Milford Hospital. A year after graduation I moved to Florida where I’ve worked nonstop. Presently I’m serving as a hospice nurse and have served in many, many different roles with varying levels of responsibility. I am proud to be a WCSU grad!!
