Media Services provides media technology and support for events held in many of the event spaces on campus. Most event spaces are already equipped with technology. Our staff will assist with the operation of technology for your event. Please submit technology requests when reserving event spaces. Our staff may need to follow up if there are questions regarding your request.
Equipment should be requested at least one week in advance.
Media technology requests for events taking place off-campus need to be arranged with the venue hosting your event. Many venues have in-house audio-visual support. If not, we can assist you in arranging support with one of our audio-visual vendors. Cost of off-site media technology must be paid for by the group hosting the event.
