AROMATHERAPY JARS IN THE IHHS CENTER FOR WELL-BEING: Join us in the IHHS Center for Wellbeing in White Hall room 114. daily, from Nov. 8-12  from 10 a.m. -3 p.m. to make your own aromatherapy jar. Some essential oils have the power to calm us, others to help us focus and concentrate. Bring your own jar and we will help you choose the oils for their benefits to you.
