CROCHET WORKSHOP: Come to the IHHS Center for Well being in Room 114 of White Hall on the Midtown campus from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. to learn and explore the health benefits of hands-on crafting through crochet. Research has shown that working with our hands, especially on a repetitive activity such as knitting or crocheting, is relaxing and a meditative activity. A creative activity such as this is a stress management technique as well. — and it is fun!! All are welcome. No experience necessary. Yarn and crochet hooks are provided.
