The Facilities Operations team strives to maintain a clean, functional and safe educational environment for all students, staff and visitors. Focusing on maintaining high quality and consistent cleaning standards, state of the art HVAC and energy management monitoring/control, daily work order scheduling systems, work prioritizing, and landscape management. The department also maintains all fleet vehicles and vehicle usage requests. Our fleet vehicle policy can be accessed here.
The team operates as one unit utilizing the diverse multi-disciplines and talents within the group to facilitate and ensure all operational standards, customer service and satisfaction are met on a daily basis. Continually identifying and upgrading areas that enhance the overall functionality and transforming the university into a state-of-the-art classroom facility.
