What are the Box Office Hours?

The Box Office's spring hours of operation are:

Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 11:00pm*

Friday: 7:00am - 7:00pm*

Saturday: 9:30am - 7:00pm*

Sunday: 9:30am - 11:00pm*

*There may be times during the day where the Box Office Attendant will have to step away from the desk. Please leave a voicemail and they will return your call once they return.

 

What is the ticket policy?

No refunds or exchanges are allowed, all sales are final.

 

How are seats filled?

Seats are filled as they are received, with the best-available seats being chosen first. If you wish to sit together with another party, please order your tickets together.

 

Can children get in for free?

Tickets are required for everyone who attends an event, regardless of age. Please check with a Box Office Associate though as discounted tickets may be available.

 

 If it snows or any other weather related issues arise, is the event cancelled?

Not necessarily. Please do not assume an event is cancelled. Please call the Box Office during normal business hours to check on the status of a show. Also, please check local TV and radio stations for updated cancellation information.
