Meetings are open to the university and minutes will be publicly available after each monthly meeting. Minutes listed below have been approved as-posted by the committee in the meeting subsequent to their recording. Exceptions include current versions (marked as Drafts) yet to be amended/approved at the upcoming meeting; in such cases, Agendas of the upcoming meeting will accompany the draft minutes.
