Building Services (Custodial Services)
One of the many responsibilities of the Environmental and Facilities Services department is that of custodial services for both campuses of the University. These custodial duties include cleaning of classrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, trash and snow removal, and other general maintenance duties.
Maintenance Direct® has been used as the University's work-order management system since 2007. The web-based application gives University faculty and staff access to numerous services offered by the Facilities Team.
