Objectives

After completing this module you should be able to evaluate your own Mid-Semester Progress. In particular after reviewing the content below you should be able to:

  • Better understand practices necessary for continuing academic success and whether you are meeting them,
  • Assess the effectiveness of your current habits and behaviors by monitoring current grades and academic standing, and
  • Apply help-seeking behaviors, adjust habits, and set new goals to achieve academic success.

Timing & Prerequisites

This module should take about 60 minutes to complete. There are no particular prerequisites for this module, but if you have not already completed the module on Goal Setting and Motivation you may want to do that one as well.  You should run through this module once your midterm grades are posted.
