Announcing a new and improved Telecommunication Service Request process!
IT&I is pleased to announce our new TSR (Telecommunication Service Request) process for faculty and staff. If you require telephone support for adding a new service or the disconnection, change or a move of an existing Cisco telephone, simply fill out the corresponding TSR form in Samanage. This will generate an incident within our service desk for assignment to the proper IT&I staff member and provide you an incident number to allow you to track the status of your request.
