Back in July of 2017, IT&I announced the addition of the Cisco WebEx web conference application through wcsu.webex.com.
This new site has replaced ConnSCU.webex.com and is now our supported web conference solution.
Note – Vidyo is no longer supported by the University.
How do I get a WebEx account?
Simply go to wcsu.webex.com and sign up.
*You will need a new account, even if you have used WebEx previously.
Do I need a WebEx account?
Even though an account is not needed to attend a meeting, having a WebEx account will allow you to speed up meeting registration, track meetings to which you are invited, and schedule and start meetings
WebEx has all the professional tools and features you’ll need to teach, present, and collaborate online.
You can easily share documents and applications, upload presentations, create polls, mark-up your presentations with annotation tools, and text chat with your attendees.
You and your students can collaborate from where ever you are with mobile apps for iPad, iPhone, or Android.
