XVI.  University Publications and Design

The Office of University Publications and Design under the auspices of University Relations, is responsible for the design and production of academic and administrative publications, media advertising, promotional and special events printed material. Duplicating services are provided by the Print Shop.

In addition, the office is responsible for the production of the undergraduate and graduate catalogs, the President’s Annual Report, material for Honors and Commencement, and special events such as the Annual Jazz Festival and other publications that fulfill the interests and needs of the faculty and staff.

WestConn Report

The WestConn Report, prepared by the Office of University Publications & Design, is published bi-weekly during the academic year. The WestConn Report contains institutional announcements, notices of special events, university senate and senate committee agendas, and other items of interest of the University community.

The Cupola

The Cupola, produced by the Office of Publications and Design in conjunction with the Office of Institutional Advancement, is a full-color magazine-style publication published and mailed semi-annually providing alumni, donors and friends of the university with news, updates, profiles, event calendars and donor information.
