Women’s Center of Greater Danbury

In January of 2007, Western Connecticut State University and The Women’s Center of Greater Danbury solidified a partnership by signing an agreement for the Women’s Center to provide domestic violence and sexual assault outreach services to the WestConn community. 

Since May of 2007, the Women’s Center of Greater Danbury has employed Jillian Lane, Campus Advocate, to provide on-campus support for students, faculty, and staff.

Free and confidential campus services:

• Individual/ Group Counseling
• Information and Referrals
• Crisis Intervention and Advocacy at the hospital, police station, court, and during the campus judicial process
• 24-Hour Hotlines
