Location: Old Main 303, Midtown Campus
Description: IT&I is searching for Service Desk Specialists to provide technical support to the WCSU community for the summer and upcoming fall semesters. The specialists will report to the Customer Support Center Manager and training is provided. No prior experience is needed, but a drive to learn and help others while providing excellent customer service is required.

Hours/Schedule: Summer: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
Pay Rate: $16.35 / hour
Payroll Type: Department Payroll & Federal Work Study
