WestConnduit PINs

Students need a WestConnduit PIN in order to logon to WestConnduit to access their Banner Self-Serve information. Students can access this information from any computer, on or off campus, that has Internet access. By accessing Banner Self-Serve, students can:

  • Retrieve information about your academic standing
  • Verify/print your course schedule
  • Check your grades as they are being processed
  • Confirm your address, degree, major, and advisor on file with the registrar
  • View/print your academic history
  • Check your Financial Aid information, account summary, and academic status
  • Register online

To access your Banner Self-Serve information:

  1. Open a Web browser.
  2. Logon to WestConnduit (westconnduit.wcsu.edu). Your User Name is your Windows username and your Password is your six-digit Banner PIN.
  3. Click the Banner tab.

You will have access to the Student Services option, which includes:

  • Registration Add/Drop Classes
  • View your Student Bill/Make Payments
  • View your Class Schedule Grid
  • See a Detailed Schedule Listing
  • View your Academic Transcript
  • Check your Status
  • View your Overall Status of Financial Aid
  • Plus much more

You will also have access to the Personal Information option, which includes:

  • Change PIN
  • Change Security Question

Where can I get a WestConnduit PIN?

Students can create or reset a WestConnduit PIN from one of the staffed computer centers throughout the university. Click here for more information.

Students can also create or reset their WestConnduit PINs online by doing the following:

  1. Go to the WestConnduit logon page.
  2. Click Reset your password.
  3. Complete all fields in the form and click the Create/Reset PIN button. You will get an immediate confirmation that your PIN was created or reset. This confirmation will also be sent to your WestConn e-mail address.

Note: You must obtain a WestConn email account from a staffed computer center in order to create or reset your Banner PIN online.
