John received a BS in Education in 1974 and his MS in Education in 1980 from WCSU. He met his wife, Linda, at WCSU just after he graduated and has been married for 42 years. He has been a teacher for 46 years, the last 40 at New Milford High School. He coached high school baseball, football, soccer and basketball along with a 2 year stint as a JV basketball coach at Western. He has officiated basketball and football for almost 40 years. He is the proud father of John III and Jennifer and the even prouder grandfather of Jackson and Andrew. Linda and John live in New Milford.
