Tickets can be purchased at the main Box Office located at the Westside Campus Center Information Desk. For directions, please click here.
Tickets can be purchased over the telephone by calling 203-837-TIXX (8499). Please have your credit card information ready .
What types of payment are acceptable?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. WCSU ConnectCash is also accepted for in person transactions at the Box Office. We do not accept checks.

What is the ticket refund and exchange policy?
No refunds or exchanges are allowed, all sales are final.
Tickets are required for everyone who attends an event, regardless of age.
Why are WCSU student tickets not available for each event?
The decision to offer WCSU students discounted tickets is made by the event promoter.
If it snows or any other weather related issues arise, is the performance cancelled?
Not necessarily. Please do not assume a performance is cancelled. Emails will be sent to all ticket buyers if a performance is cancelled. You can also click here for cancellation information.
