WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH – ARROZ CON POLLO: March is Women’s History Month and to celebrate at the dining halls we are holding special food events on certain days to honor women. On Wednesday, March 27, we will honor Maricel Presilla with Arroz con Pollo. Maricel Presilla is a Cuban-American chef and expert in Latin America Cuisine.
