WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH – LEAH CHASE: Join us at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20, in Berkshire Dining Hall on the Midtown campus and the Westside Campus Center Restaurant to celebrate Leah Chase during Women’s History Month. March is Women’s History Month and the Action Station will be serving Shrimp Gumbo, a Creole Cuisine. Her Shrimp Gumbo is a testament to her legacy in elevating Creole Cuisine.
