BREATH AWARENESS: Do you notice that you hold your breath when you are stressed or upset? Or do you find it hard to catch your breath? Most of us rarely think about our breath patterns, but did you know you can change your state of mind by changing how you breathe? Come to the IHHS Center for Well Being in Room 114 of White Hall on the Midtown campus from 10:15 a.m. to noon to learn ways to change your pattern of breathing for better physical and mental health.
