CAMPUS CUISINE – LATIN NIGHT: Join us from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in Berkshire Hall on the Midtown campus , for our Campus Cuisine themed Latin Night. This will cost a meal swipe and $5. There will be appetizers, entrees, and dessert. For appetizers there will be ceviche plantain cups and empanadas (cheese or beef). For entrees there will be mofongo – mashed plantains with shrimp, meat paella, and steak arepa. For dessert there will be flan, apple filled churros with ice cream, and pastelitos with guava and cream cheese. There will also be vegetarian options available upon request.
