CELEBRATE NATIONAL YOGA MONTH: Visit the IHHS Center for Wellbeing in White Hall Room 114 on the Midtown campus, Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday by appointment to enjoy some gentle yoga and stillness. This is a great spot to take a little time to chill and catch our breath. We also offer reiki, breathwork and the ever popular coloring and chocolate meditation.
