EARTH WEEK DINING: During Earth Week, the dining hall will serve a meal/food item that resembles Earth Week. From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the Simply 3 Station will be serving Monkfish Provincia, Garlic Herb Quinoa, and Grilled Balsamic Zucchini. The Fish will be from Red’s Best where “We aggregate catches, networking small boats with proprietary technology to form a large market presence, leveling the global playing field.
