Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration

HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH CELEBRATION: Throughout the week of September 23 to the 27, the dining hall will be collaborating with LASO (Latin American Student Organization) to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. On Monday, 9/23, we will be serving lomo saltado and white rice; on Tuesday, 9/24, we will be serving ropa vieja; on Wednesday, 9/25, we will be serving sancocho; on Thursday, 9/26, we will be serving feijoada; and on Friday, 9/27, we will be serving carne guisada with rice and beans. These special meals will be available from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Berkshire Dining on the Midtown campus and the Westside Campus Center.
