MEET CHEF ROSE FORREST FROM SODEXO: Join us on Midtown at 11 a.m. in the Berkshire Dining Hall to meet Chef Rose Forrest. The Chef will be making Buckwheat Noodle Miso and Coconut Soup. She has been a chef for Sodexo for 15 years. Rose has a passion for sustainability and teaching culinarians how to prepare plant-based foods.
