NATIONAL EMPANADA DAY: Join us at both dining halls from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. to celebrate National Empanada Day. At the Action Station, we will be serving chicken and beef empanadas along with a side of Spanish rice. For dessert there will be raspberry brie and honey goat cheese.
