TAP YOUR STRESS AWAY: It is the end of the semester and projects, papers and exams are staring us in the face – it is overwhelming, but we can help! Stop in at the IHHS Center for Wellbeing in White Hall Room 114 on the Midtown campus, this week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) any time from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to learn a quick and easy technique (Emotional Freedom Technique or “Tapping”) to tap your stress out!! This only takes a few minutes and it is easy to learn and do any time, any where!
