WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH SHRIMP GUMBO: This month is Women’s History Month. On Wednesday, March 20, at the Action Station in the dining hall on both campuses, we will honor Leah Chase with Shrimp Gumbo. It is a Creole cuisine that she specializes in, which is a testament to her legacy in elevating Creole cuisine. Come enjoy this one day treat in her honor. From noon to 8 p.m. in Berkshire Hall and the Westside Campus Center.
