2013 Homecoming
It was a bonfire, a tailgate party and a standing-room only stadium. It was the taste of victory and the setting of new records.
It was Western’s Homecoming 2013.
The excitement kicked off at the Westside Athletic Complex at 5 p.m. and ended after Western scored 70 points – breaking a 10-year record for the most points scored in a WCSU game.
Running back Octavias McKoy (Stratford) rushed 22 times for 226 yards and tied his own record of five touchdowns during the game. He set a new seasonal mark with 18 touchdowns. For more record-breaking statistics, go to www.wcsuathletics.com/sports/fball/2013-14/releases.
